The V-Cut 300 portion cutter represents the pinnacle of Marel's extensive lineup of volumetric weight-controlled portion cutters. Designed for medium- to high-volume meat processors targeting retail and foodservice markets, it offers unmatched flexibility, enhanced yield, and superior portion quality.

Outstanding Flexibility:

The V-Cut 300 excels in processing a broad range of raw materials, including variously sized and shaped primals. It adeptly adjusts for size variance in beef cuts, ensuring uniform steaks perfect for retail and foodservice, thanks to its side press mould system. This cutter is particularly effective with fresh crust-frozen, boneless primals from pork, beef, and turkey, delivering equal portions of consistent shape, weight, or thickness, even from irregularly shaped primals.

Meat producers can select between 'Fixedweight' cutting mode for portions of precise weight and 'Best-yield' mode for maximizing primal utilization with portions of similar weight and uniform thickness.

Large Operational Window:

The V-Cut 300 can accurately cut a wide array of products into equal portions, such as:

Its design promotes easy loading of raw materials and ergonomic working processes, thanks to an ergonomic infeed height. The side-press function also reduces downtime by accommodating different meat sizes within the same mould shape, streamlining the process when switching raw materials.
