Treif Flexon

Overview

Use the Treif Flexon for a variety of applications.  Its design meets the needs of small to medium sized food production companies as well as catering businesses.
A Flexon dices meat, sausage, and cheese and cuts product into strips. The Flexon can also grate cheese or slice potatoes and cucumbers. Flexon can process products up to 550 mm in length and manages to produce up to 1,400 kg per hour (theoretical maximum value).

The unique dual-stroke, two-part grid system facilitates precise dicing and strip dicing of the most delicate products. The Flexon provides twice the normal cutting length and reduces cutting
pressure. As a result of the DHS (Dynamic Hydraulic System), the cut products stay fresh longer. The Flexon dicing machine generates less heat, so there is less of a chance for bacteria to form. The DHS system (Dynamic Hydraulic System) reduces the machine‘s heat load. Treif always improves the design of their machines. This major design factor ensures the machine uses less energy. In turn less heat keeps the product fresh longer, and is proven to reduce the wear and tear on the machine as well.

The drive synchronises automatically after turning on the machine. The Flexon achieves excellent cutting results which is a major prerequisite – as a result of the small distance between the blade and grid-set, the so-called “scissors’ cutting principle”. Therefore Flexon prevents and avoids the typical bad cutting movement of So-called “goulash chains“.

Conveniently the Flexon allows for easy operation. Its ergonomic design is for one-hand operation. The Flexon system closes the product loading chamber. The operator can easily activate the closing mechanism with one hand to move the separating slide into position.

Features of the Treif  Flexon

Generates less heat therefore products stay fresher longer
Scissor cutting principle prevents goulash chains
Fine slicing or shredding possible for carrots, cabbage, radishes – ideal for coleslaw

Depending on the optional gridset you select, the greater the range of cutting, slicing and dicing options you get. This in turn improves yields and broadens your offering.
