With a cost-effective hourly output of up to 2.0 t (theoretical maximum value), Treif – ARGON+ is the highest-performance dicing machine in its class. The redesign of Argon+ new chamber ensures high quality results and allows easier cleaning and better hygiene.

The speed can be individually set by the operator (between 50 and 300 revolutions per minute), so that the cutting output can be precisely aligned with the respective requirements. Treif – Argon+ can make meat strips, cubes of beef pork or vegetables as well as speciality meat salads.

Feature of Treif – Argon+

The AVS (automatic pre-compression system) facilitates an optimum dimensional accuracy of the cubes and strips. As a result of the DHS (Dynamic Hydraulic System), cut products stay fresher longer as the machine generates far less heat, therefore there is less chance of bacteria forming. The separating slide operates in a curving motion which enables one-hand operation. Different cube sizes are possible due to various grid sets. The smallest cube is 4mm. A special disc is used for ham slices or sausage strips. Other dicing options of the special disc are salami and sausage slices ie; for stew recipes and also for pizza toppings.
