Henneken – HPI 350 ECO Injector

The Henneken – HPI 350 ECO Injector, is the smallest in the industrial injectors for small to medium capacities. It has servo drives on both the pump and needle beam. This allows for precise control over injection rates into the products. The Henneken – HPI 350 ECO Injector has a speed adjustability from 15 to 55 strokes per minute.

The Henneken – HPI 350 ECO Injector unit has a standard needle head of 50 x 4 mm needles, which allows for a tight needle pattern ensuring medium to high injection rates.

The brine manifold is one most important feature of the Henneken – HPI Injector models, and offers needle retraction when injecting bone in products. When needles come into contact with bones the needles retracts like on conventional injectors. Brine flow alto stops to those needles, meaning brine isn’t injected onto the bone thus reducing jelly pockets. This ensures an effective higher injection rate into products like Christmas leg hams. Jelly pockets can be greatly reduced and are often the limiting factor to injection yields.

The unit has a heavy duty walking beam transport system completely made of stainless steel and can handle all applications, width of 350 mm.

Control of the variable speed drives for both pump pressure and transport speed are via manual dials on the control panel.
