Edertal – EML-70
- The drive system of the Edertal EML-7 is a direct drive geared motor. The low-noise inductor motor is maintenance-free. Motor housing and the removable filling tray (contents 3 Liter) is made from stainless steel, so surfaces are quickly and easy to clean.
- A reverse speed is included as a standard. The three-part mincing system consists of kidney plate, double cutting knife and hole plate in the Unger system R 70.
- The entire mincer system, consisting of a worm casing, worm and locking nut can be removed from the machine housing for cleaning in a matter of seconds.
- Design and material conforms with hygienic and occupational safety requirements as well as the EG-principles.

Overview
The Edertal EML-70 is a robust and efficient single phase meat mincer. The Edertal EML-70 has a 3 part cutting system which include: a hole plate in the Unger R 70 B, a kidney plate, 3 wing knife, perforated plate 35 mm and spacer ring.
