The Batch Weighing System allows operators to build blends of up to 12 product components—such as cut vegetables, salad leaves, and baby leaf lettuce—by following clear, recipe-driven instructions on a user-friendly touch panel. Each ingredient is dosed, weighed, and confirmed via a foot bar for fast, hands-free operation. The system stores up to 50 individual recipe mixtures, maintaining consistency and traceability for every batch.

• Weighed batches are automatically transferred onto an inclined conveyor, which spreads the mix evenly and then slows down to deliver a steady, continuous flow into downstream processing or packing lines
