The MAJA Membrane Skinning Technology allows the gentle removal of the membranes and the profitable refinement of valuable meat cuts.


Versatile Applications

For machine-based removing of medium fat layers, sinews and
membranes especially from bigger cuts of beef and veal, but also
of pork and lamb.

The transport / tooth roller has two different tooth shapes:
1/3 coarse tooth shape for removal of fat and sinews, and 2/3 fine tooth shape for removal of membranes.
